 Job Purpose Statement:

 The job holder is responsible for generating demand and driving sale of resale properties and real estate instruments. Key responsibilities include:

  • Prospect and engage buyers.
  • Market and promote listings
  • Manage the sales process
  • Build client relationships

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation

  • Prospect and engage new buyers through cold calling, networking, referrals, social media, and walk-ins.
  • Schedule and conduct property viewings (physical or virtual).
  • Match buyer preferences to available listings.
  • Negotiate offers and close deals in collaboration with the legal and coordination teams.

Marketing & Promotion

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns and promotional materials.
  • List properties on company and third-party platforms.
  • Represent the brand at property expos, open days, and regional tours.
  • Capture photos, testimonials, and market feedback for digital and traditional marketing.

Client Relationship Management

  • Respond to client inquiries and maintain a client portfolio with regular follow-ups.
  • Provide timely updates to sellers on buyer interest and feedback.
  • Educate clients on timelines, pricing, legal processes, and documentation.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Conduct market research on pricing, demand trends, and competitors.
  • Prepare weekly competitor briefs and performance summaries.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity logs in the CRM and track conversions.

 Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in real estate or property resale sales.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of online property platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Experience with expos, exhibitions, and promotional events is highly desirable.
